No. Women across North America can join Tier 1 or Tier 2. However, Tier 3 (Clinical Reset) is only available to residents of BC, since medical care and prescriptions must follow provincial regulations.
That’s great! The program complements HRT by addressing lifestyle pillars- the areas that make hormones work better. If you choose Tier 3, your NP care will integrate with your existing HRT and we will work to titrate and optimize your therapy.
All videos are bite sized and no longer than 15 minutes each. Most women spend about 30min-1 hour per week watching the lessons. You will also need to put the strategies into practice to see a transformation. If you join Tier 2 or 3, the live coaching calls are an additional 60 minutes weekly. Tier 3 includes three medical visits across the program.
The modules are self-paced and designed for busy women. You can watch or listen on your own time, and even small changes can make a big difference. Many women tell me this program actually saves them time by cutting out all the guesswork.
