Our private telemedicine practice serves British Columbia residents looking for a higher level of menopause care.
We bring together education, lifestyle foundations and coaching, alongside personalized medical care, including hormone replacement therapy, lab testing, and supplements, when appropriate.
Perimenopause is not a hormone-only transition, and medical treatment alone doesn’t always address everything women experience during this stage of life.
Hormone therapy can be incredibly helpful for symptom relief and long-term health. But hormones don’t work in isolation. Sleep, nutrition, blood sugar balance, stress, gut health, and movement all influence how your body responds to treatment.
For patients who want additional support alongside medical care, you are invited to join The Perimenopause Reset Program, a structured, lifestyle-focused education and coaching program designed to strengthen the foundations that help your body function more smoothly during perimenopause.
While medical care focuses on diagnosis, hormone therapy, lab testing, and medical management, the Perimenopause Reset supports the day-to-day environment your hormones operate in. Many women find that addressing these lifestyle foundations alongside medical care leads to greater symptom relief, and more sustainable outcomes.
Together, this approach reflects the gold standard of perimenopause care: personalized medical treatment with additional education and lifestyle support for women who want clarity, confidence, and results that last.

Relief from Vasomotor Symptoms: HRT is particularly effective in alleviating vasomotor symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes and night sweats, which are among the most common and disruptive symptoms.
Prevention of Bone Loss: Estrogen is important for maintaining bone density. HRT can help prevent osteoporosis that often accelerates after menopause due to the rapid decline in estrogen levels.
Improved Mood and Cognitive Function: HRT can help manage mood swings and may aid in reducing the risk of depression during menopause. It may also have a positive impact on cognitive function.
Improved Vaginal and Sexual Health: Estrogen helps maintain the health of the vaginal tissues and urinary system. HRT can relieve vaginal dryness, discomfort during intercourse, and bladder symptoms.
Improved Sleep: Night sweats and hot flashes are common menopausal symptoms that often disrupt sleep. HRT can significantly reduce these disturbances, helping you enjoy more restful and uninterrupted sleep.
Heart Health Benefits: Early initiation of HRT, particularly within ten years of menopause onset, may help reduce the risk of heart disease.
Improved Quality of Life: By addressing multiple symptoms of menopause, HRT can significantly improve overall quality of life, including sexual satisfaction, sleep quality, and daily functioning.
Menopause Experts: Our providers are Certified Menopause Practitioner's from the Menopause Society. We have a deep understanding of the complexities of perimenopause, midlife health, and HRT. This is all we do!
Personalized Approach: We understand that every woman's menopause journey is unique, there is no one size fits all with menopause. Your care plan is tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and health goals. Initial appointments are 60 minutes to capture everything we need to know to create the best plan for you.
Face-to-Face Virtual Visits: We prioritize real, human connections. With our face-to-face virtual visits, you’ll have dedicated, one-on-one time with a provider who listens, understands, and tailors your treatment to your specific needs. This personalized approach ensures you receive the highest quality care, and can get all questions answered.

We provide care to women who are in perimenopause and menopause and are seeking relief of their symptoms. This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment (HRT and other medications), and follow up care.
We incorporate medical care into an exclusive menopause program for lifestyle education, community, masterclasses, Q&A's and more.
We prescribe FDA approved HRT and prefer Bioidentical HRT when possible. We also prescribe non-hormonal treatments for menopause if needed. Testosterone and compounded hormones may be considered depending on the situation. All prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choosing in BC.

Step 1: Book a Perimenopause Assessment Call HERE
The first step is to book a Perimenopause Assessment Call. This conversation is an opportunity to understand your current concerns, explore what type of support may be most helpful, and determine whether the Perimenopause Reset Program, alongside medical care is the right fit for you.
This call is not a medical or diagnostic appointment.
Step 2: Enroll in the Perimenopause Reset Program
If we both determine that working together is the right next step, you’ll be enrolled in The Perimenopause Reset Program. You’ll receive immediate access to the program so you can begin implementing lifestyle foundations alongside your medical care.
Step 3: Book your Initial HRT Visit HERE
After booking, you’ll receive a detailed intake form to complete. This is reviewed by your practitioner prior to your appointment.
During the visit, we’ll review your history, symptoms, and goals, determine a diagnosis, and decide whether lab work or further investigations are needed. Whether hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is initiated at the initial visit depends on individual clinical assessment. In some cases, lab results are required before starting treatment.
Step 4: Follow-Up Medical Visits (25 minutes)
Follow-up appointments are used to review lab results, monitor response to treatment, and adjust prescriptions as needed.
Follow-ups are typically scheduled every 3–6 months depending on your needs.
Once treatment is stable, annual follow-up is recommended for reassessment, hormone adjustments, and prescription refills.
Please note: Medical care and the Perimenopause Reset Program are separate services and are billed independently
